Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order with Mye Thyme Catering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services
Mye Thyme Catering provides gourmet catering and event planning services. All menus and service proposals are subject to availability.

Booking & Payments

  • Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days.

  • Reservation: A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total estimated cost) are required to secure your date and services.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due in full no later than 7 days prior to your event date.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our detailed [Returns & Order Adjustment Policy], but in summary:

  • Cancellations 14+ days prior: Full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations 7-14 days prior: 50% refund of the total balance paid.

  • Cancellations less than 7 days prior: No refund.

Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate final guest counts by the specified deadline (typically 7 days prior to the event).

  • You are responsible for ensuring the event venue has the necessary facilities and permits for our services and complies with all local health and safety regulations.

Liability
Mye Thyme Catering will not be held liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, or shortages of materials.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
